713 Rentals provides economy vehicle rentals to rideshare and delivery drivers, including those driving for Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, and Instacart, in the Houston, Texas area.
The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes about our rental program. Submitting your contact information through our site, application form, or survey does not guarantee approval for a rental and does not itself create a rental agreement. A rental agreement is only formed when you sign a separate written rental contract with 713 Rentals.
By submitting your phone number or email through our website, you consent to be contacted by 713 Rentals via phone call, text message (SMS), and email. Our SMS program is used to send messages related to your rental application status, vehicle availability, appointment and pickup confirmations, and occasional promotional offers on rental specials. Rental rates, deposits, the Accident Recovery Fee, applicable Texas sales tax, and any additional charges are disclosed in your individual Rental Agreement. Payment is processed through our secure payment provider. Late payments may result in additional fees as outlined in your Rental Agreement.
Vehicles are provided with commercial insurance coverage as described in your Rental Agreement. Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) terms, acceptance or declination, and your responsibilities in the event of an accident are governed entirely by your signed Rental Agreement. 713 Rentals' rights as an owner of rental vehicles are protected under the Graves Amendment (49 U.S.C. § 30106) and applicable Texas law.
This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that vehicle availability shown reflects real-time inventory.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 713 Rentals and Aura Consulting Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the application process. This limitation does not apply to terms governed by your signed Rental Agreement, which controls all matters related to your actual vehicle rental.
